One smart thing Google LLC did for the World was to detach its browser from Worldwide connectivity and offer Countries customizable regionality.
This was done purposely (I think it was done as a preventative measure incase. the San Andres fault collapsed) countries who disallow its citizenry access to the World-Wide_Web, decided to take Google connectivity personally.
By example, China only offers Internet connectivity to it's "Top Citizens" which doesn't mean that not all citizens in the People's Republic of China have access to technology, but that "Top Citizens" have log-on protocols embedded in their devices, which permit them access to the internet, which not all their countrymen share. The same type of Internet Preferential treatment, let's call Hurding", occurs in Russia and Germany, it might surprise you to know.
As this is the case, Google showed tremendous insight in splintering their browser preferences regionally, which invites adaptability on. a local level, that reflects a region's idea of acceptable participation, without jeopardizing the experience of the Whole, in this case being other regional users in other countries.
What does Google mean to you?
