Be a Pal.
Now you're going to see me do something that I never thought I'd do. Ask for your donations. But wait. Before I spin you right round baby, you gotta hear me out. This money isn't for me, it's for Blastom (but really, it's for you). Here's how.
All funds generated by the site's Pay Pal button go directly into the Blastom business savings account held by Bank of Montreal (BMO). The account, along with other Blastom financials, are audited every 365 days at our company year end. The funds that I collect in the account are put towards app development, of apps that I ideate and design the UX for. Currently, I'm gearing up to have the 'Bites' app developed, and I'm looking globally for a developer who really gets the Bites big-picture. Because bites is a massive undertaking, which should be fun to watch grow. Of course I'm going to need money, unless any angel investors want to step in right about... now.
But here's where you come in. Maybe I'm not suppose to say it out loud, but that's never stopped me before. Google's been nervously watching Blastom. Well, I shouldn't single Google out. All the big tech conglomerates have been watching, and I here's why. If, if, things role right, Blastom could very well be charting territory that is no less than the future of tech, and the future of the modern job market. Blastom's not the first independent UX design, or app development company, but there's vision behind what I do, and none of the biggies want to see individual development erode their markets. You see, they have to pay big bucks for development, marketing, communications, advertising, support, hosting, and everything else that they do to support their corporations. I've already told you that I run Blastom myself with relatively little overheard, and that you could do the very same.
That is why I am asking for your support. Because you appreciate the vision and the effort. You are invested in the Blastom story that is playing out on the global stage every day. You want to help me to inspire a new generation of workers, who write their own ticket, based on brains and hard work. You care to disrupt the software giants and let them know that we will not be marginalized by their empires. You choose to participate in the story, and in making the difference that Blastom can make. You have a dream, like me, that anyone, anywhere should be able to supplement their incomes from home, at any age, of any gender, or any other factor that still stigmatizes the job market, even though it shouldn't. That's why you donate. And if you can't, or don't feel compelled to, you're still welcome at Blastom, all of you.
Don't forget, on this side of the screen, I see you all. And, surprisingly, Blastom has quite a few pals.
